CINTEX3 is an environmental control system for use with voice recognition systems (such as DragonDictate, NaturallySpeaking) or any other keyboard replacement. CINTEX3 has 3 major components - Telephone,  Appliance, and Infrared. Each can be operated by voice or by any keyboard or mouse alternative.  Bed controls and A/C controls are optional.

Telephone Support:
CINTEX3 telephone support includes Dial, Answer, Disconnect, Dial from Directory, Flash for Call Waiting, Redial and Voice Mail. All functions are totally hands free.

CINTEX3 will automatically synchronize the operation of its phone amplifier with dialing and answering phone calls. The telephone support requires a modem for dialing and a serial port. You can order CINTEX3's PrivateTalk to use the same microphone/headset for DragonDictate as you use for your phone.

CINTEX3 Infrared Controls can operate nearly any combination of five TV's, VCR's, CD players and stereo's. As an option, you can order CINTEX3's infrared repeater which allows you to send infrared commands beyond line-of-sight, even to a second room.

Specifying CINTEX3's X-10 infrared receiver allows you to control up to sixteen (16) X-10 compatible devices -- such as lamps, fans and radios. The X-10 family of products includes ON/OFF modules, wall switch modules, thermostat setback controls, outside floodlights, nurse call modules, dry contact modules and many more.

CINTEX3's phone, appliance and infrared combination allows you to control your phone (refer to Phone Only Option), up to fifteen (15) X-10 compatible appliances, and infrared equipment such as TV's, VCR's etc. The only requirements are a serial port and a modem for dialing the phone. As an option and with a second serial port, you can order the X-10 Controller which allows you to increase the number of X-10 devices you can control to 256!

CINTEX3 comes with sample voice macros to dial and answer the phone, bed controls, control TV and VCR, and turn appliances off and on. Support is available from NanoPac at no charge.

CINTEX3's Hands-Free PrivateTalk allows you to use one headset microphone to talk and listen to the telephone as well as to your computer (DragonDictate or NaturallySpeaking). PrivateTalk can be ordered as an option to the phone only CINTEX3 or any of the  CINTEX3 configurations. PrivateTalk can be further enhanced with a wireless option allowing you the freedom to control your computer and your telephone without being tethered to your computer.  NanoPac's video splitter with the wireless option allows you to control your computer and environmental controls from a second location (bedroom for example).

  Manual PrivateTalk -------->
The Manual Headset Phone Switch allows you to manually switch between your computer and telephone using the same headset. The headset telephone switch includes a switch, headset microphone, AC/DC adapter, and a quick release plug. This option does not require any special computer requirements.
